日本は皇紀2600 年以上連綿と続く文化国家である事を忘れてはなりません。 文化を磨き保持するとはそれに関わる人を育て技能を継承させることであります。令和文化蔵財団は文化伝承に関わる人材育成及び伝統産業の見直しを素材より再生復元に取り組み本来の文化国家としての姿へと誘う働きを成す財団となります。

We should not forget that Japan as a cultural nation has existed continuously for more than 2,600 years. Preserving and refining culture means nurturing the people involved in it and passing on their skills. The Reiwa Cultural Library Foundation will work to foster human resources involved in the transmission of culture and review traditional industries. Tapping these resources, it will energize and restore traditional culture, to enable Japan to become the cultural nation that it was meant to be.
